By using KidSpark AI products, you agree to these terms. If you are a parent acting on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
Who Can Use KidSpark
KidSpark AI products are designed for children ages 8–14 with parental consent. Parents must create an account and add child profiles. Children may not create their own accounts without parental involvement.
AI-Generated Content
Our AI tools generate content to assist learning and creativity. While we strive for accurate, age-appropriate outputs, AI-generated content reflects the input provided — results vary. Parents should review outputs for accuracy and appropriateness for their child.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period. No refunds are offered for partial periods, except where required by law.
Safe Use
Kids must use their accounts honestly and respectfully. Attempts to misuse the service, bypass safety filters, or access other accounts will result in account suspension. Parents should supervise younger children during use.
